Heart2Heart is a dream that was planted in my heart from the Lord in 2022. 

I felt His sweet presence as I drove through Wilmington, NC and in a moment of prayer, I noticed someone on a corner that held a sign asking for help. 

At the time, I had nothing with me to offer so I prayed for them. As I prayed, I wept. The Lord revealed to me how His heart was broken for the City of Wilmington.

In March of 2024, I felt the Lord call me to GO! I had been planning the mission for a while and it felt like the right time. I invited two friends to come along, and we handed out what we could think of. This began our first summer.

"Heart2Heart" is an expression of God's love for us and our love for others. 

1 John 4:19 says "We LOVE because He first LOVED us".

As we hand out a paper bag lunch, a bracelet, a t-shirt, socks, a blanket or simply sit to have a conversation, our purpose is to LOVE. 

"Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers a multitude of sins,"

(1 Peter 4:8).

If I were to speak with eloquence in earth's many languages, and in the heavenly tongues of angels, yet I didn't express myself with love, my words would be reduced to the hollow sound of nothing more than a clashing cymbal.
